Titiro Digital and the Skyward Experimental Rocketry Association of the Polytechnic of Milan promoted the meeting “Technology and Innovation at the Service of Real Estate” at the Leonardo campus on 26 May. A moment of confrontation to understand what is the evolution of the real estate world and how technology can be part of the current path of innovation. The meeting was attended by Francesca Cassani, Sole Director of Titiro Digital, Arch. Paolo Caputo of Caputo Partnership International and Niccolò Minardi, Managing Director of Sviluppo Immobiliare. In front of an audience of university students from different departments, the speakers recounted experiences and visions in the world of real estate that is committed to realising projects that look to the future where technology will have to play an increasingly leading role: home automation, remote control of the appartment, integrated services, the possibility of communication via app with reception and concierge, and management of amenities. All in the excellent spirit of process simplification.
